3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
• Accurate personal details must be provided during registration.
• Users are responsible for securing their account credentials.
• DealPe reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these terms.

4. How Cashback Works

• Users must click on affiliate links before making a purchase.
• Cashback eligibility is subject to merchant policies.
• Using ad blockers or incognito mode may prevent cashback tracking.
• Cancelled, returned, or modified orders may not qualify for cashback.

5. Withdrawal and Payment Terms

• Minimum payout threshold must be met before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may take time due to banking or technical issues.
• Fraudulent activities may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.

6. Referral Program

• Users can earn referral bonuses by inviting others.
• Referral earnings are credited only after a qualifying transaction.
• Referral earnings are capped at ₹2500 per month per user.
• Referral commission varies by retailer, with a maximum of up to 10%.
• DealPe reserves the right to change or terminate the referral program.

7. Prohibited Activities

• No fraudulent activities such as self-referrals or fake accounts.
• Misuse of cashback tracking or promotions is strictly prohibited.
• Users must not misrepresent DealPe or its services.

8. Third-Party Merchants and Transactions

• DealPe is an intermediary and does not own any listed products/services.
• We are not responsible for merchant-related issues such as pricing or delivery.
• Users must follow merchant policies while making purchases.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to technical issues.
• DealPe is not responsible for losses due to transaction failures.
• Users assume full responsibility for risks associated with third-party services.

10. Changes to Terms

DealPe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of revised terms.

11. Termination

• DealPe may suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
• Users can request account deletion by contacting support.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
